If you are a WordSmith client, the privacy and data handling terms for your operational data are governed by the Data Processing Addendum between WordSmith and your organization. Client operational data is stored in dedicated, isolated database environments and is not subject to this Policy.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by law. Inquiry and contact information is retained for up to two (2) years. You may request deletion at any time.
7. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Rights
You may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
- Request deletion of your personal information

The Site is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete it promptly.
